About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Warehouse Driver & Equipment Clerk to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, tracking tools and equipment, and making material deliveries to job sites.
What You'll Do
Warehouse & Equipment Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing tools, equipment, and materials.

Use inventory management software to log transactions and track shortages.

Conduct periodic inventories at the warehouse and job sites, ensuring proper stock levels.

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of warehouse materials and tools.

Inspect tools to ensure they are functioning and in good working order for job sites.

Remove broken or obsolete equipment from inventory and coordinate replacements.

Assist in vehicle and yard maintenance as needed.

Maintain DOT compliance documentation and vehicle inspection records.

Install GPS and RFID tracking on tools and equipment.
Delivery & Logistics Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and deliver tools, equipment, and materials to support field operations.

Ensure accurate and timely delivery to job sites and field personnel.
-
Collaborate with customers, project managers, and field personnel to resolve logistical issues.
-
Operate forklifts, trucks, and other construction equipment as needed.
-
Process tool and material charges in the project accounting system.
What you’ll bring
Required:
-
Valid Class E Driver’s License (Class A preferred)
-
DOT background check
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other inventory software
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (or willingness to train)
Preferred:
-
Previous experience in a shop or warehouse setting
-
Experience handling tools, parts, and materials in a construction environment

Familiarity with inventory management software
