Your Impact as a Project Manager

​

As a Project Manager, you are accountable for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of industrial construction projects from preconstruction through close‑out. You serve as the central point of leadership for clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal partners — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

​

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Lead all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation.

  • Partner closely with superintendents, project engineers, estimators, and subcontractors to drive execution.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.

  • Track costs, forecast project performance, and ensure financial objectives are met.

  • Oversee subcontractor procurement and performance.

  • Conduct site visits and project review meetings to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

  • Identify risks early and resolve issues with a solution‑oriented mindset.

  • Champion a safety‑first culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and ACME safety standards.

  • Mentor and develop project engineers and support staff.

What You’ll Bring

​

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience.

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.

  • Proven success managing industrial construction projects.

  • Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.

  • Proficiency with project management and construction software such as Procore, CMiC, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to active job sites.

​

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 30‑hour certification.

  • PMP or similar project management credential.

  • Experience managing self‑perform work.
