As vice president of operations, Jerry Harmon leverages a thorough understanding of operational efficiencies honed in a more than 20-year career spanning all levels of industrial and commercial construction. Jerry began his career in the millwright trades and has orchestrated projects as a foreman, general foreman, superintendent and project manager – all with the goal of optimizing productivity, quality and safety to achieve customer goals.

While Jerry has excelled in managing innumerable industrial and commercial projects, his forte is the installation and integration of complex industrial equipment from different suppliers. His ability to coordinate and unite multiple teams to achieve the project owner’s desired outcome is unmatched. Jerry’s more than 20-year career in industrial and commercial construction has included small and large general contractors, including among the largest in the nation. His customer-focused approach on all projects emphasizes the highest standards in safety, quality, professionalism, and outstanding project delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES WITH ACME Constructors
Jerry oversees the day to day operations of the project side of the business. He is tasked with project manager oversight and training, field safety, productivity, and labor relations. Jerry also oversees the day to day operation of ACME Constructors shop and tool program.
